Bradley Irwin - Recovery Specialist
Bradley Irwin is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has served as a Recovery Specialist with T-MAC Consulting since the organization’s founding. He holds a degree in Behavioral Health from Illinois College and is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work degree through the University of Kentucky College of Social Work.
Alongside his work with T-MAC, Brad works in residential substance use treatment, helping individuals navigate the challenges of early recovery and rebuild their lives. As someone who has personally experienced the transformation that recovery can bring, he is passionate about helping others discover hope, purpose, and fulfillment in sobriety. Brad is committed to helping others realize that lasting recovery can open the door to opportunities and experiences they never thought possible.

Shelly Vivirito- Administrative Assistant, Case Management
Shelly Vivirito started The Nick Wilson Foundation after losing her son in 2022. He was 10 months sober when he died from a brain hemorrhage. She provides scholarships for those struggling with mental health and addiction. Her mission is to spread awareness and help put an end to the epidemic that robs so many loved ones of everything that is good. She wants to make a difference in people's lives and offer support to those who are struggling in any way possible. Shelly has dedicated her life to helping people in her son's memory and ensuring that he is never forgotten.

Kody Smith (MBA) - Treatment Placement Specialist & Coach
Kody Smith is a healthcare outreach and business development professional with extensive experience in the substance use and behavioral health treatment space. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong national network of providers, treatment programs, clinicians, and referral partners while helping individuals and families navigate complex treatment placement decisions.
His background includes leadership roles in addiction treatment marketing, clinical outreach, and strategic growth initiatives for both regional programs and national behavioral health organizations. Known for his relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the treatment landscape, Kody specializes in connecting clients with appropriate levels of care, strengthening referral partnerships, and helping organizations grow with integrity, collaboration, and patient-centered focus.
